For more than a decade ATV has been associated with our country’s various power projects- coal, gas and oil fired. It has designed, engineered and executed on turnkey basis many auxiliary system packages for power projects, namely fuel oil handling systems, coal and ash handling systems, water systems, fire fighting air exhaust systems, effluent treatment, etc. Some of ATV’s leading clients are NTPC, BHEL, TVNL, BSES, IFFCO, CESC, KEB, KSEB, etc. The company has its own proprietary design and expertise for all types of fuel oil handling systems, including heating and cleaning systems, required for power plants.
ATV is associated as the local project partner of the world famous diesel generating plant manufacturers- SEMT PIELSTICK of France, for heavy duty power generating sets of over 6mw rating. SEMT and ATV are together executing 2 major projects in India on a turnkey basis- 120 MW in Karnataka and 100 MW in Kerala. ATV is negotiating for installation of coal/ gas based mega projects.
These heavy oil based generating sets are ideal for setting up multiple engine power stations in remote areas or in industrial estates and also parallel with utility grids. The sets can start up in a short time and can also operate round the clock as base load stations, with very low maintenance cost. Both water cooled and air cooled engines can be provide to suit the local conditions.
ATV’s contribution to co-generation projects and captive power plants for industry is well known due to its association with over a dozen steam and power projects for process industries like sugar plants, petrochemicals etc. ATV is also associated with leading non-conventional energy equipment manufacturers and is planning to set up solar power generation facilities in the near future. |
