ATV’s manufacturing unit is located 120Km from Delhi adjoining the city of Mathura (U.P). It has the distinction of being awarded with ASME’s “U” stamp. This massive and highly sophisticated shop is equipped to handle a single piece of 100 MT and shop assembly size equivalent to 20 meter diameter and 24 meter height.
Important machine tools includes CNC boring machines a 100 tonnes hydraulic press and plate bending machines (upto 10 meter width).
Infrastructure for manufacturing equipment from various grades of stainless and alloy steel is also available. Besides, high technology equipment for grading and welding is also installed. Our quality control includes comprehensive non-destructive testing facilities. The company’s annealing furnaces used for heat treatment purpose meet the highest international standards.
ATV’s Mathura plant has gone through a complete upgradation incorporating as briefly mentioned above latest technologies. This modernisation was carried out with the help of M/S I.H.I of Japan one of worlds biggest engineering companies. This plant is currently one of Asia’s most advanced manufacturing units. |
