The Fertilizer industry is one of the key sectors supporting the agricultural infrastructures of the country. As it is well known, agriculture is the back bone of the Indian economy .ATV’s foray into this industry to provide engineering equipment reflects the potential and the importance it attaches to the development of this core sector.
ATV has been associated with a number of fertilizer units in the country. Its expertise in this field includes manufacturing equipment, providing engineering and construction services and execution of turnkey contracts in diverse fertilizer complexes from pyrites and sulphatic origin to Naphta and gas based fertilizer plants.
ATV has manufactured carbon steel and stainless steel equipment for Hindustan Fertilizers Ltd., Rashtriya Chemical & Fertilizer Ltd., Chambal fertilizer Ltd., and Bindal Agrochemical Ltd. The other clients in the fertilizer sector include Indian Farmers fertilizers Co-op. Ltd. (IFFCO), Aonla, and Pyrites Phosphates and Chemicals Ltd. (PPCL), Amjhore.
ATV has designed, engineered and constructed and integrated fuel oil and naphtha handling system for IFFCO. In the case of PPCL, it has designed, engineered, constructed and fabricated a highly concentrated sulphuric acid storage and handling system, LDO system and an integrated large diameter ducting system with bimetallic expansion joints for transportation of SO2/SO3 under stringent quality control and supervision of Lurgi, Gmbh.
Providing international quality equipment for the fertilizer industry is ATV’s contribution to keep the green revolution in India going strong. |
