The company started in 1978 and was incorporated as a public limited company in 1987. ATV commenced with fabrication and then moved to the field of turnkey engineering projects. ATV has, from the beginning tied up with international leaders in various disciplines, as part of its policy of providing state-of-art technology to its customers. The company is proud to be associated with, the stork sugar, The Netherlands; IHI, Japan; SEMT Pielstick, France, M. Dedini, Brazil . The company has been setting new standards in project construction and implementation.
ATV sales office based at Delhi and registered / head office at Mumbai. The manufacturing division along with a Computer Aided Design Centre is situated in Mathura.
Beginning with sugar plants, ATV moved on to chemicals, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Pharmaceuticals, Cement and Power sectors.
Consolidating its experience, ATV ventured into the manufacture of critical equipment like energy efficient mills and bagasse fired boilers for the sugar industry. The products range was then extended to include diverse heavy engineering equipment for process Industries like spherical tanks for storage of LPG, Pressure Vessels, Horton Spheres, Heat- exchangers, reactors, distillation columns and also equipments like agitators, crystallisers and Desalters.
The company registered a massive growth in turnover from Rs 54 crores to Rs 176 crores over a period of 5 years. In a short span of 8 years, the company has handled projects with a aggregate value of over Rs 500 crores. It is now confident of taking up any challenging project in diversified industrial sectors by forging tie-ups with world leaders wherever necessary, to bring in the best and the latest technology.
