The company started in 1978 and was incorporated as a public limited company in 1987. ATV commenced with fabrication and then moved to the field of turnkey engineering projects.

The Chemicals and Petrochemicals industry sector was recognized as one of the priority sectors for growth in the eighties, identifying the immense potential this vital sector in the growing Indian economy.
The Fertilizer industry is one of the key sectors supporting the agricultural infrastructures of the country. As it is well known, agriculture is the back bone of the Indian economy.
For more than a decade ATV has been associated with our country’s various power projects- coal, gas and oil fired. It has designed, engineered and executed on turnkey basis many auxiliary system packages for power projects, namely fuel oil handling systems, coal and ash handling systems, water systems, fire fighting air exhaust systems, effluent treatment, etc.
With its experience in the two prime sectors of the process industry and the power sector. ATV logically entered into the higher end of technology- the nuclear power sector.
After successful contribution to the green revolution through the sugar and fertilizer industries in India, ATV has entered into yet another vital sector- food and dairy.
ATV is equipped to offer customized service that can meet the needs of client for Rotary Kiln Cement plant, Vertical Shaft Cement Plant, Clinker Grinding Units, Slag Cement Grinding unit and Slag Grinding Projects, Recently, ATV & its associates executed a cement project on turnkey basis in Djibouti, Africa.
ATV also contributes to the Thermal Power Plant segment by manufacturing & supplying Boilers, Chimney, and Bunkers to ISGEC, PP boilers, and SAEL regularly. and recently we have provided Air-Cooled Chamber for steam condensation for NTPC.
The ATV name has been synonymous with the Hydropower sector for over two decades, ATV is the manufacturing of Hydropower Plant Equipments such as Spiral Casing, Distributor, Turbine Housing, DT Liner, MIV Valves, etc for M/S Andritz Hydro, Voith Hydro & Flovel for their client –CVPPL, NHPC, JSW, Greenko, etc.
